Damavand Mining Co
Damavand Mining Company is considered to be one of the oldest mining companies in the country, which is engaged in the production of lead concentrate, barite, mineral pumice and travertine.
Carrying out any kind of operations, including exploration, exploitation, creation of mining industries, consultation in mining affairs and preparation of geological maps, as well as direct or indirect investment related to the company’s subject, are among the activities of this company.
Also, Damavand Mining Company produces all kinds of materials and supplies needed for construction and mining and prepares raw materials for construction materials. Investing in other institutions, import and export of all permitted goods are also considered as other areas of activity of this collection.
Azhdehato Travertine Mine
8,000 tons of crushed stone, 1,000 tons of malon stone and 6,000 tons of cream-colored crushed stone are produced from Azhdehato travertine quarry. These stones are used in the construction and road construction industry, and since this mine is a short distance from the city, it has a good location for this purpose.
